Day On The Water in Northern Taipei

It was a gorgeous day today!

Perfect temperature and the best day for a water adventure.

We have been to Danshui, a 45 minute metro ride north of downtown Taipei many times before, but today was special.

Today we took the ferry boat across to the peninsula, Bali.

Yes, there is a Bali, Taiwan!

It’s gorgeous as you can see…with many local kids out enjoying the bubble making splendor to boot.

Afternoon stroll along the Bali walkway and small beaches. Long afternoon lighting…and people/dog watching…

Bali at dusk, wonderful tranquility! (As long as you ignore the flashy carnival area). :)

  1. Looks like your weather is just like ours. Nice photos! So, how much time off do you get off for Chinese New Year? Are you going somewhere?

    Love,
